TAYLECT - AI Strategy and Leadership

Terms

Terms for reading, sharing and participating in Taylect’s publication.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms describe the use of Taylect's website, editorial content, newsletters and member features. Please read them together with our Privacy notice.

Editorial information

Taylect offers perspectives on AI strategy, leadership, governance and related topics for general information and education. Content is not tailored professional, legal, financial, investment or other advice, and does not create an advisory or client relationship. Check original sources and obtain qualified advice where a decision requires it.

AI and related research change quickly. We aim to publish useful, accurate material, but articles may become outdated and may contain errors. Publication dates matter; an older article is not a statement of current conditions. Opinions belong to their attributed authors and do not necessarily represent an employer or another organization.

Using and sharing content

Unless otherwise identified, Taylect and its contributors retain rights in the content they create. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights.

You are welcome to share links to Taylect articles. Where quotation or other reuse is permitted by applicable law, identify the source and link to the original. Republishing full articles, redistributing substantial portions of the publication, or using Taylect branding in a way that suggests endorsement requires permission, except where the law allows otherwise.

Membership and newsletters

Use an email address you control when subscribing or signing in. Keep sign-in links private and do not impersonate another person or attempt to access another member's account.

You may manage available email preferences through your member account or unsubscribe using a newsletter's unsubscribe link. Signing out or unsubscribing does not necessarily delete your member account; see the Privacy notice for information requests.

Comments and participation

Contribute respectfully and lawfully. Do not post spam, threats, harassment, unlawful material, another person's private information, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Avoid sharing confidential business information in public comments.

You retain rights in your comments. Submitting a public comment allows it to be displayed and moderated as part of the discussion. Comments that breach these rules may be removed, and abusive access may be restricted.

Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, or use automated activity that disrupts the service. Website features and content may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

External links are provided for context or convenience. Taylect does not control external websites, their availability or their practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.

Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for how you use the information on Taylect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These terms may be updated as the publication develops. The date above identifies the latest version. Any separate agreement for a future paid service or advisory engagement would set out its own scope and terms.

Questions and permissions

For questions about these terms, content permissions or corrections, email taylectnews@gmail.com, or reply to a Taylect newsletter.
